All of our formulas are Health Canada approved. Made in Alberta. Formulated with Hydrating Polymers (thickening agent), Glycerin and Aloe Vera. Private labeling available
All formulas are Health Canada NPN approved:
We are one of few labs that have received a Health Canada – Natural Health Product Site License. This ensures that your products are manufactured following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) resulting in safety, efficacy and stability.
All formulas have a Health Canada Product License – Natural Product Number (NPN). This confirms that the formulas are approved by Health Canada to make performance claims to Kill Bacterial, Germs and Viruses when used as directed. All hand sanitizers require an NPN, if this number is not clearly visible on the front of the label – it is not compliant with Health Canada.
Made in Alberta:
All formulations feature prairie grown Wheat derived alcohol that has a pleasant clean smell, the most common alcohol source is Corn that imparts an unpleasant pungent smell.
Formulated with Hydrating Polymers (thickening agent), Glycerin and Aloe Vera:
Optimal effectiveness achieved with only a few drops of the concentrated formula. With repeated use of traditional hand sanitizers, the skin is left dehydrated and fragile, this can promote the skin to be irritated and cracked. The cracks in the skin compromise the skin’s intended function to protect the body from exposure to harmful bacteria, germs and viruses. EC Hand Sanitizer cleanses the hands and enhances the skin condition to promote health.
Private labelling available:

plans for growth with an eye on beauty
“We help them build the formulas, we help packaging,” explains Eveline Charles, the well-known Edmonton entrepreneur behind a successful chain of salons and spas.
Charles founded a new company in 2016 called EC Labs which is a private label manufacturer.
They create customized cosmetics and toiletries: from haircare products like shampoo, hairspray and styling serums, to skincare products such as cleansers, moisturizers, and masques.
EC Labs are Recipients of the Western Diversification Women Entrepreneurship Strategy
The Government of Canada is advancing women economic empowerment with the first-ever Western Diversification Women Entrepreneurship Strategy, a $2-billion investment that seeks to double the number of women-owned businesses by 2025.
Minister Ng announced a $1.2-million investment in 13 women-led companies in the Edmonton area through the Women Entrepreneurship Fund, one of which is EC Labs, a company that specializes in all-natural and high-performance beauty, health, and wellness product manufacturing. The $100,000 grant that EC labs received from the Women Entrepreneurship Strategy will assist with innovation and growth as well as accessing new markets for the Alberta-based product manufacturer.
The Women Entrepreneurship Strategy is a comprehensive, whole-of-government plan to help women grow their businesses through access to financing, talent, networks and expertise. It highlights the Government of Canada’s commitment to create a diverse, inclusive economy that supports prosperity and a better quality of life for all.
